She has been working on Quantum Technology for over 20 years, focussing on noise in quantum devices, complex quantum systems and quantum simulations. She loves the mountains, the sea, her converted campervan Zag, and all food from her Mother Island, Sicily.

Guillermo holds a PhD from the Univ. of Barcelona and did postdoctoral research at the Univ. of Turku and the Univ. of Helsinki. He co-founded Algorithmiq in 2020, where he has worked as CSO since then. He is interested in quantum information and network theory and enjoys spending time outdoors with his dogs, Lyra and Megan.

Stefan is a Privatdozent at ETH Zürich where he received his venia legendi in theoretical chemistry in 2018. He got his PhD at the U Düsseldorf and did postdoctoral research at the U Strasbourg and the Univ. of Southern Denmark in Odense. He is interested in the chemistry of the heaviest elements and in multi-configurational electronic structure theory. He loves spending time with his family, playing tennis and running in nature.

Mark received a joint Honours Degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from McGill University in 2005, and went on to earn a Ph.D. in Computer Science from Concordia University. Zoltán is the head of the Quantum Computing Group at the Wigner Research Centre. He received his PhD at Eötvös University and worked later at UCL and FU Berlin. His research at Algorithmiq focuses on both the theoretical aspects of variational quantum algorithms and their practical implementation. He is passionate about teaching chess to children, especially to his six-year-old daughter.
